St. Rose Philippine Duchesne mosaic by Hildreth Meiere, Cathedral Basilica of St. Louis

St. Rose Philippine Duchesne is one of the Patronesses of the Archdiocese of St. Louis, and her image features prominently in the Cathedral. Located the Southeast corner of the building, the image was created by Hildreth Meière, a well-known artist and alumna of Manhattanville, who was responsible for many of the mosaics in the Cathedral.
